7 years of giving Access, Connection and Exposure to over 2,100 of our youth
(ages 13-19 in urban & underserved communites across the U.S.) and opportunities to Urban Business Professionals, Entrepreneurs, Clergy, Youth Advocates and more in local communities to provide Life Skills Training, Education and Information Referral, Professional Role Models, Mentoring, Internships and Job Opportunities!

Did You Know?
In 2017, Esteem We Inc went from approximately 292 youth and participants for our annual City-Wide YDE to nearly 1,100 youth, participants and volunteers. And this year with your help we were prepared to give access. connection and exposure to over 1,000 youth, participants and volunteers!
YDE 2018
received Rosters from 25 Inner City and Metro Detroit
Schools for a minimum of 40 students from each school to be in attendance
YDE 2018 hosted 18 Workshops facilitated by Urban Professionals in the areas of Social Responsibility, Health & Wellness, Finance, S.T.E.M. & Technology, Entrepreneurship and featured Skills Trade!
YDE 2018 hosted Three 1 Hour
Civic and Social, Community & Youth Engagement Panels
